Shipping

Due to variation, shipping costs are not included in the cost of the product. H/H/F/F will facilitate delivery and shipping arrangements, on a case by case basis. Shipping times will vary. Please email us at sales@happyhappyfun.fun.

Returns

Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. H/H/F/F does not accept returns for any reason other than defect.

In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing please email us within 7 days of delivery at howdy@happyhappyfun.fun with your customer information. All returns must be pre-authorized.

H/H/F/F will arrange return shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges + 30% restocking fee apply for all returns and exchanges. H/H/F/F will inspect the product before the refund is issued.

Unwrapping Products

Please take care when unwrapping your furniture piece to prevent any damage.

Warranty

H/H/F/F will guarantee the materials used to construct our products for a period of 90 days. Please see our Terms & Conditions for warranty information. Any defects must be reported immediately with supporting photos.
